Individual perspective: Individuals are active when processing media messages as they make decisions either consciously or automatically about filtering, meaning matching, and meaning construction. They continually are making these decisions in one of four exposure states: automatic, attentional, transported, and self-reflexive.

Protagonist : - an important supporter of an idea or political system
           - one of the main characters in a storyor a play
Antagonist : -a person who is strongly opposed to something or someone
           -a muscle that performs the opposite action to another muscle, for example making a movement slower or returningthe body to its original position
           -a substance that stops or reduces a change or reaction in the body

Exposition : a clear and full explanation of an idea or theory

Conflict(s) climax

Human experience: life and death, love and lost, dream and adventure

Representation : - a person or organization that speaks, acts, or is present officially for someone else
              - the way that someone or something is shown or described
              - a sign, picture, model, etc. of something

Resolution :the act of solving or ending a problem or difficulty

Cinematic language - "cinematic language" is the combination of methods, strategies and skills that filmmakers choose to convey the central message and the main ideas of the story that they are trying to tell.
